Returns & Refund Policy

Every order placed with Muscle Pump 26 is packed and sealed with care before it leaves our facility. Given the specialized nature of research compounds, we maintain strict guidelines around returns and replacements to protect product integrity and ensure regulatory compliance.

Please read through this policy before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Once your order has been shipped, the sale is complete and no returns will be accepted.

For quality control and compliance purposes, we cannot accept any opened or previously delivered product back under any circumstances.

Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  • Reach out to us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
  • Send your order number and photos of both the outer packaging and the damaged item(s).
  • Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll send out a replacement at no cost to you.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a replacement.

Wrong or Missing Items

If something doesn't look right with your order — wrong product received or items missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of what you received along with your order number.
  • After we verify the discrepancy, we'll make it right and ship the correct items to you at no charge.

What We Can't Cover

The following situations fall outside our replacement or refund eligibility:

  • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or used after delivery.
  • Orders held, seized, or rejected by customs or regulatory authorities.
  • Packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details entered at checkout.
