By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, a qualified researcher or affiliated with a qualified research institution, and that you will handle, store, and dispose of all products in compliance with applicable laws and laboratory safety standards.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment must be received in full before any order is shipped.

Shipping availability and timelines depend on destination regulations for research chemicals. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for complying with all import laws and customs requirements.

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once a product has shipped. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact sales@mp26elite.com within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muscle Pump 26, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the misuse, handling, storage, or use of any product purchased from this website. The buyer assumes full responsibility and liability for the use of all products.
