Kisspeptin 10mg
Upstream regulator of GnRH — reproductive and hormonal axis research.
Kisspeptin-10 is the active decapeptide fragment of the KISS1 gene product. It acts on KISS1R (GPR54) neurons in the hypothalamus to trigger pulsatile GnRH release, which in turn drives LH and FSH secretion. Research interest centers on hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis function, libido and fertility signaling.

Protocol
Subcutaneous injection, typically pre-bed or pre-activity. Intermittent (pulsatile) dosing is preferred over daily continuous use to avoid receptor downregulation. Short 4–6 week cycles.
Dosage
Common research range: 50–200 mcg per administration, 2–3x per week.
Reconstitution
10 mg vial + 2 mL BAC water = 5 mg/mL. For accuracy at low doses, 10 mg + 5 mL BAC water = 2 mg/mL (0.05 mL = 100 mcg).
Always use bacteriostatic water (BAC), sterile technique and store reconstituted vials refrigerated unless otherwise noted.
