Protocol
Subcutaneous loading phase, then 2–3x weekly maintenance once desired pigmentation is reached.
Dosage
Loading: 0.25–0.5 mg/day. Maintenance: 0.5–1 mg, 2–3x weekly.
Reconstitution
10 mg vial + 2 mL BAC water = 5 mg/mL (0.05 mL = 250 mcg).
Always use bacteriostatic water (BAC), sterile technique and store reconstituted vials refrigerated unless otherwise noted.
