Protocol
Subcutaneous, 2x weekly loading for 4–6 weeks, then weekly maintenance.
Dosage
Loading 4–5 mg/week split in 2 doses; maintenance 2–2.5 mg/week.
Reconstitution
10 mg vial + 2 mL BAC water = 5 mg/mL (0.5 mL = 2.5 mg).
Always use bacteriostatic water (BAC), sterile technique and store reconstituted vials refrigerated unless otherwise noted.
