Dual GLP-1 / GIP agonist — metabolic and weight regulation.
Tirzepatide is a dual agonist of the GLP-1 and GIP receptors. It improves glucose-dependent insulin secretion, reduces glucagon, slows gastric emptying and produces marked appetite suppression in research subjects.
Subcutaneous, once weekly. Start low and increase every 4 weeks as tolerated. Typical cycle 12–20 weeks.
Titration: 2.5 mg → 5 mg → 7.5 mg → 10 mg → 12.5 mg → 15 mg weekly. Most users plateau between 5–10 mg.
10 mg vial + 2 mL BAC water = 5 mg/mL (0.1 mL = 2.5 mg). 30 mg vial + 3 mL BAC water = 10 mg/mL.
Always use bacteriostatic water (BAC), sterile technique and store reconstituted vials refrigerated unless otherwise noted.
